Interior Renovation

This project reimagined multiple interior spaces within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility to create a warm, hospitality-inspired environment that supports comfort, dignity, and care. The scope included resident rooms, dining and communal areas, nursing stations, and support spaces, all redesigned to move away from a traditional institutional feel.
Throughout the facility, a light, calming palette, wood-look flooring, modern lighting, and curated artwork create a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere. Resident rooms were designed to feel residential and restorative, while shared spaces encourage connection and ease of use for both residents and staff.
Strategic layout improvements—such as opening walls and enhancing service adjacencies—improved workflow and visibility while strengthening staff-resident interaction. The result is a thoughtfully coordinated interior that balances efficiency, warmth, and a sense of home across the facility.
