Tabernacle Steakhouse Design, NYC | DIG Interiors

Inspired by the history and breathtaking scenery of winemaking from the vineyards of Israel, the Design + Implementation Group has created a stunning, modern kosher restaurant experience at The Tabernacle Steakhouse in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC.

The design is striking with its impactful bar display, custom barrel-booth seating and wine cellar influence. A celebration of wine, wineries and the art of winemaking is expressed through the creative use of materials and visual imagery. Feature walls are inspired by Jerusalem stone and the upholstery is the color of Merlot. A huge sepia-toned mural depicts the stunning landscape of a typical vineyard in Israel.

The unique custom-designed barrel booth seating was an ergonomic challenge having to fit within the constraints of the floor plan and satisfy seating requirements. Booths are the first to get reserved and customers enjoy the intimate dinner experience they create. Tabernacle Steakhouse makes an upscale, timeless interior design statement.
